Angie Rayfield
Angie is a self-taught beer aficionado, who cheerfully confesses, "I didn't always love beer. In fact, I hated it. I only learned to drink it when my brother began bartending at a brewpub/restaurant, and he insisted that if I wanted to drink there, I had to drink their beer. Now he says he's created a monster!" Now that she's moved from reluctant to passionate, she's also moving beyond simply stopping passing strangers to pass on beer recommendations and wants to share the obsession with the world.
In the real world Angie's education and careers have been as varied as journalism, law enforcement, plumbing, trucking and risk management. Outside of her fondness for a good beer or a well-crafted cocktail, she admits to a love of movies, television, and reading, with a special fondness for true crime and crime dramas, and still claims to be writing her first novel.
