Organizing Links, Tips, and Ideas With the AZZ Card File

© Anna Morvee

The AZZ Card File is a small program that acts like an index file on your computer, It is an excellent replacement of the Card File that was in Windows 3.1.

The AZZ program is a robust program that you can personalize for you own needs. You can use it to email, fax, organize HTML web pages and even surf the Internet, as the program supports links.

Each card that you create can be stored in a file. For example you can create different files for swaps, addresses, ideas, lists and more. There is no limit to the number of cards that can be in an AZZ file. Also AZZ file supports merging so if you want to merge to separate AZZ files together this can be done very easily. You can copy and paste into AZZ file and color code your cards for referencing.

There are many uses for the AZZ card file that computer crafters would find beneficial. It is another small tool to help collect information and help organize notes. You can organize your sayings, tips, links, use it as a back up address book and much more.

One other nice feature is that if you do have the card files from Windows 3.x that the AZZ card file will recognize them and you can import then into the program. You can also have it opened and when you minimize it, it will sit in system tray for easy access. I've found this little program to be a "must-have" for anyone that collects recipes, tips, links and other information. It is highly customizable. You can choose font, font colors, color code the cards and much more.

I highly recommend this little program, as it would make a great addition to the crafter's electronic tool box. The program is shareware and costs 12.00 to register. The author of the program is constantly working on the program to enhance its abilities. You can find the AZZ card file at: http://www2.omnitel.net/zdramys/azzcardf... http://www2.omnitel.net/zdramys/azzcardf...

There are additional AZZ files already to download at the AZZ site and at Annette's Craft Pages: http://www.grapevine2.com/unett/Pals-mis...

You won't be disappointed.

of this program sound promising. But I need to get my virtual (real-life) office organized before I put anything on the computer. Guess I've revealed I'm still clutching on to the old paper-method. ...
