For better than two years now I have written articles and conversed with single parents all over the nation. It’s been a great time for me. I set out with an objective to let my experiences serve to help others who would find themselves in the role of single parenting. Ultimately, I believe it was I who received the most help of all. I have learned that the trials and tribulations of parenting are common regardless of race, religion, wealth, or geographic location.
With the changes in my personal life I find myself evolving from the teacher to the student. Actually, as parents I believe we are always students. So, my friends, I bid you farewell for now. Perhaps I’ll someday be back writing in a different vein but for now I must move on. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your parenting. Take care everyone. It’s been a pleasure.
