Especially chosen are Christmas scriptures and Bible quotes to reflect on Christmas, and most significant of all, as the whole Christendom celebrate the Nativity, the birth day of Jesus Christ, Son of God, Messiah. Jesus is God's greatest gift, John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
The list is collected starting from the prophesied birth of Jesus Christ found in the first book of the Old Testament, Genesis, to the third Gospel book of the New Testament, Luke.

1. Prophecy of Christ's Birth, Genesis 3:15
"And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."

9. Christmas, in Adoration of the Christ Child's Birthday, Luke 2: 16-17
