In a radio talk with Ryan Seacreast Wednesday Nov. 17 Justin Bieber talked about his ongoing tour and upcoming unplugged album, My Worlds Acoustic, set for release on the 26th. During the morning KIIS FM radio show Bieber told Seacrest, the affable host of American Idol, that the song he would be performing at the American Music Awards Sunday the 21st is his new release, Pray.
And in doing so he revealed that the song had a bit of a connection to Michael Jackson. "I'm performing Pray. It's a very uplifting song, very motivational. It definitely comes from the heart. It's very beautiful. I definitely thought of Michael's Man in the Mirror when I was writing it," Bieber told Seacrest.
Upbeat Bieber Talks About Album
His acoustic album, Bieber said, was a welcome chance for him to slow things down and show people what he can do with his voice. Some have been critical of him in the past for overproducing his vocals on his tracks and suggested he's not as good a singer as some of the records make him out to be.
"I think that there's always going to be people that try to bring you down and you just got to prove them wrong," he said. "I'm just blessed to have devoted fans. My fans just kind of spoil me."
What's Bieber Doing Now? Touring Hard
Justin, who at 16 has a tutor with him on the road and reportedly spends three hours each day during the week in study, is always, it seems a busy Bieber. After doing the AMA's he flies back to the east coast of Canada for shows in Montreal and Toronto and then he'll be back to L.A. for December 1 to perform at the nomination announcements for the Grammy awards.
He keeps performing right up until Christmas with a December in Birmingham, Alabama and he'll be in Atlanta two nights later. Bieber and his management team also announced earlier this week his tour dates for England.; he'll be heading over to the U.K. in March of 2011.

These Tweets For Bieber Fans
He wasn't done yet but went on to reveal that he's aware of how far he's come and how much he owes to his fans. He also got a little inspirational: "For every person who gets told you can't be somebody or achieve something. For everyone who dreams of something more. I'm from a small town many have never heard of," Bieber twittered.
"My parents had me as teenagers. Me and my mom lived in a small apartment. No one in my family had really left my town...and I never thought leaving was possible, but then you all found me. And you all changed my life and shows me opportunity I didn't think existed. You taught me to dream big and never say never, so thank you. I'm just like you, and I hope our story together can help you all in one way or another, the way you have all helped me. We are just getting started."
