The Lance Report for July 15th, Eleventh Stage of the 2010 Tour de France
Today was the 11th stage of the Tour de France.
Andy Schleck kept the yellow jersey for a third straight day, while Alberto Contador was just 41 seconds back. His fellow Spaniard, Samuel Sanchez, is 2:45 behind in third.
Seven-time Tour champ Lance Armstrong, who has taken himself out of contention for the title and is assisting his team, dropped back again. He finished in 114th place for the stage, 29 seconds back, and is 17:51 behind Schleck in 32nd place overall.
Friday's stage is more bumpy, with decent climbs during the 130.8-milea from Bourg-de-Peage to Mende in southeastern France.
