Tatiana risks it all to set up her own real estate agency in Montreal and compete with the large nation-wide real estate companies.

Tatiana Londono is no stranger to television. She had appeared in three episodes of HGTV’s show Buy Me as the client’s real estate agent. This reality real estate program profiles the experiences of sellers starting from the listing of their house to getting it sold.

Whalley Abbey Media, which produces Buy Me, are responsible for the creation of Tatiana’s show, The Property Shop. TV personality Debbie Travis and husband Hans Rosenstein are owners of this production company.

The Property Shop was first aired on March 30, 2008 on HGTV Canada and made its debut January 1, 2009 on HGTV U.S.

About The Property Shop

The series revolves around Tatiana’s real estate dealings, her home life and plans for opening her own real estate agency. While she is drumming up business with property developers, homeowners and influential business people, Tatiana is also scouting for real estate agents to join her team.

The responsibility of running the agency lies in the hands of office manager Davina who set up shop in an empty office and few agents. In addition to establishing her business, Tatiana is faced with her husband being rushed to hospital and an audit by the real estate board.

Some of the storylines in the first season include: reflection of the murder of a Montreal realtor, juggling visits with clients, evaluating realtors applying for a job at her agency, convincing sellers that the price of their homes may be too high for the market, and finding the right property for buyers who are unrealistic in their expectations.

While business and home life taking up her time, Tatiana is also studying for her broker’s exam. If she doesn’t pass the exam, she can’t open her own agency.

About Tatiana Londono

After attending McGill University, Tatiana followed her father’s footsteps by becoming a real estate agent in 2003. Within a year she reached the Top 10 Agents list. This is a rare achievement for a novice realtor. Four years later, she opened her own business, Londono Realty Group in Montreal, Canada.

The most distinctive trait of Tatiana is her long blonde corkscrew-curled hair. In an interview with Mary Lamey of the Montreal Gazette, Tatiana said, “I can never cut my hair. People might not recognize my name, but they all remember the hair."

Canwest Entertainment describes her as “Lauded by her peers as the ‘Gordon Ramsay of real estate,’ Tatiana has a personality people either love or hate – or hate to love.

Tatiana lives in Montreal with her husband Oren, her two children and a nanny who keeps the household running during her long days spent in the real estate world.

I hope this reaches who ever it is that thinks this show is worth anyones time! I love HGTV, but this show is a look at the life of Tatiana and nothing more . It isn't helpful in any way as far as home buyers or decorating or first time house hunters!!!! I hope some one agrees with me because I Do Not enjoy watching it and as other viewers say , so stop watching it ...I will!!!

I really can't understand why you waste airtime on Tatiana. She is absolutely obnoxious--nasty to everyone, mean spirited and just a great big whiny diva. She has such a big ego that she just can't bring herself to even listen to her clients and this whole soap opera with her Superwoman/Supermom crap makes me want to hurl. I've watched two episodes and I am done, done, done!

Yup, it's a day in the life of Tatiana Londono, who happens to be a real estate broker. It is not really helpful for the real estate buyer or seller. Tatiana so flaky and self absorbed that it is almost funny.

I am one of those persons who happenes to know Tatiana personaly. I can tell you this woman is a mother,a wife,a broker,and a teacher!!she is very successful in her affairs,very honest in all her dealings and continously trains her team week after week,she shares her listings with others in her office and gives them a higher percentage than anyone would do,her agents are a happy bunch of peopple.

I think she is awesome! The show IS about Tatiana and her life as a real estate agent turned broker. I think the show offers valuable insight in what it takes to work in the real estate industry, or any for that matter. Determination, fierce can-do attitude, and a fun, hip, & fresh outlook on day to day business dealings. So she loves herself...Is there anything wrong with that? I think people should be more passionate about their life's work and then maybe they would be bringing in 100K plus a year...

Her interaction with her staff is so fresh and cool, and I
appreciate that she lets the audience in on alot of very interesting
conversations that she has with every one she interacts with.

Stunned that anyone would actually run their business the way this agent does. Gives a bad name to agents who behave professionally. All she seems to whine about is the commission she just lost. A real disservice to other ethical, professional agents. I normally enjoy watching most of the real estate related shows on HGTV, but this is totally off the mark. Someone posted she was a wonderful mother, broker, etc. Maybe she is; maybe she acts up because she's on TV. But if anyone ever treated me the way she treats her clients, she'd have a big boot up her you-know-what plus complaints with her board, real estate commission, and commerce and consumer affairs. Very poor choice HGTV! Come on, you can do a WHOLE LOT BETTER.

It's refreshing to see a woman on TV, it seems to be mostly men. What's the differance between her and Brad Lamb? He's male, she's female and she actually has a cute personality and is nice to look at. She shows you that it isn't all roses and it's very hard work to be an agent!! She doesn't brag that she's rich or that she's gonna be rich and she tells it like it is! Good for you Tatiana!!

I personally find the show quite entertaining and educational. I think this show is helpful to anyone interested in learning about the world of real estate, and those getting into the biz, as it takes you step by step from listing of a property to the sale. Watching someone in action who is good at what they do is a great way to learn. Tatiana's attitude is sharp, which is what makes her successful in the cut-throat industry she happens to be in. If you don't like the show, simply don't watch it.

That's funny, a man can be successful, assertive or ambitious, but the minute a woman has any of those characteristics she is scorned. Give me a break, this is the 21st century, women can be independent and can be go-getters. Her show makes for good television; she has colorful personality, she's witty and good looking. If she was one of those boring and uninteresting realtors (which there is lots of), nobody would watch the show. Good for you Tatiana!!! Be proud of yourself and keep doing what you're doing, and don't mind those who are just jealous.

I think Tatiana is HOT!! I hope they keep this show airing in the states and Tatiana keeps doing what she does for the show. She is only telling it like it is so I guess for a lot of you,the truth hurts. Most of the antics are for television anyway so lighten up. I bet most of you naysayers thought BJ & The Bear was the real deal too. Lighten up already. Have a cookie.

I absolutely love this show! When I first saw the commercials for "The Property Shop", it didn't look very appealing to me because Tatiana seemed so full of herself. After watching just one episode I was hooked. I like all of the unusual personalities on the show, especially Tatiana and Davina. "The Property Shop" is very unique and entertaining. I hope it returns to the air soon.

I also love watching this show even though TAT is a train wreck waiting to happen.. I think we all wonder just what she will say or do next. True, she is obnoxious, cocky, "full of herself", opinionated and greedy. Cute, yes, but no cuter than she thinks she is. The way she plays to the camera and treats her pooor sweet patient husband, wow! Yet, I think many of us cant wait to watch again and see what she does next time. She just knew her dad would work for her (to make HER happy) and could not imagine being turned down. What a shocker that was!! She is used to getting what she wants when she wants it (and often says the same...) Still, I am glad she is back. Wonder where she went for that brief spell...?? Buni

I'm glad you guys are helping her by running ads for her to sell homes on T.V. Too bad that all her time is being wasted on the show. She rarely returns her phone calls from GENUINE REAL ESATE AGENTS who have clients that want to visit HER properties. As an agent, I don't appreciate her diva attitude. Too bad this buisness is getting a BAD reputation with agents like her,that you insist on showcase.
Show a real agent who really earns her keep,not this one.

Love HGTV HATE TATIANA.Collaboration is what the ACAIQ insists upon. Too bad Tatiana has forgotten what the rules of the trade are. The rest of us work double the amount of time she does, and we don't have HGTV to do our advertising or money to stick in poor unsuspecting sellers pocket to do the show.

I think this show is awesome! In my opinion, its not meant to attract the buyer/seller who want to be educated...theres a billion other shows on for that purpose. I believe it attracts those wanting a taste of what the biz is all about. I love her fresh and trendy outlook on the business and all the players involved. Funny how those who dont like it have reasearched themselves to this page :D

This show is just so contrived and insipid, it is at times uncomfortable to watch. I can't even begin to think that ANYONE thinks this show is watchable. It is literally gut wrenchingly awful. I tried to sit through a few episodes of season one and vowed that I would not give away anymore seconds of my precious life to this show, but now I am on occasion forced to sit through the adverts promoting the second season (why IS there even a second season?)which is now even more forced, scripted, and ugh, just terrible. Please HGTV do us all a favor, in the words of Clive Pearse's Ameristralian accent; Tatiana? Your show has been canceled.

She said she wanted to choke one of her clients, why does hgtv encourage such trailer trash.She gives realtors a bad rap.

I love the show and love Tatiana too! She is so Hot! I have to admit that is the first thing that drew me to the show. I love that hair of hers, she has got to be a freak with her man having hair like that!
WOW I did see an episode where her dad appeared and I think she might be Cuban from the way her dad spoke. I am Cuban and I love that girl cuban or not! I will keep watchin ya babe! Lucky man who got. Heck you make me want to leave Los Angeles and buy a home from you just to meet you.

Speaking as a Realtor, anyone who thinks this reflects an accurate depiction of what really happens in our industry is sadly deluded. This show is totally scripted and contrived just to get viewers, and NO broker I know would act like she does with clients or employees. Hopefully, she's a sweet person when the cameras are off. IMHO, this show does a great disservice to the real estate industry by depicting it in such a negative manner. I love HGTV and most of its shows, but this one is a major dog that never should have been let out of the kennel.

I am an associate real estate broker who, because of Tatiana, is opening my own shop. She is an inspiration to all in my shoes because of her passion for real estate, demand for excellenc and the integrity she holds. She is very professional, knowledgable and knows how to close a deal. Not everyone watching hgtv is a buyer or seller,but actually us realtors learn a thing or two that we can bring into our business that improves the dynamics of running an office and dealing with people. Tatiana is my idol to whom I hope to aspire to.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Tatiana and her show! She's SMART and knows how to get things done and not waste time. I also think she earns EVERY DIME she makes esp. when dealing with flake-0-flippers who still think it's 2005 (and think their property is worth $100K more than it actually is) !

I love Tatiana and her character on the Property Shop. She is inspirational to me. She has charisma, drive and an uncanny sense of what to sell and who to sell it to. I find myself getting involved with her life and family and whether they should move to California. I love this show and so does my husband. We enjoy watching it every week. It is informative and entertaining. We love our Tatiana!!!

I haven't watched the show for two reasons: I remember her on one episode of "Buy Me" and thought she was so obnoxious. The second reason is the advertisement which they show during EVERY commercial break - they bleep out part of what she says but basically it's 'I'm the realtor with the big boobs and big hair" and then says, "Kiss my a**". I think that says it all. I am so disappointed that Debbie Travis would waste her time and money on this egomaniac. I'm certainly not wasting my time watching the show.

This show is substandard. I watched it last nite and the annoyance of watching petty office drama really tested my tolerance for the mundane.

I remember seeing Tatiana on Buy Me. It was a horrible episode with her fighting with her client.

I like watching the show but like other shows it can seem too scripted. From her loser clients that spend too much buying then want to sell for to high to her annoying uncircumcised husband to her loser staff after a while the story lines start to be the same thing over and over again. It is a good show and but could be better.

OK, for all of you who say you're still watching the show, WHERE are you watching it? Because I can't find it on HGTV anymore, and haven't been able to watch it all year! Has it been cancelled? I really enjoyed the show, and got a kick out of Tatiana. She's quirky, funny, (yes, sometimes obnoxious, but no one is perfect), and fights for what she wants. Please bring the show back! I'm not in Canada, so I'm wondering if American HGTV cancelled it. *sigh*

I LOVE THIS SHOW! It was my favorite on HGTV! Some of the other shows on HGTV seem too staged and don't show half of the nightmares that go into buying/selling a house. This soap opera of a reality show shows more, has a good story line, AND has a cute main character. Yeah, she is a diva, but she has my gay vote! YOU GO GIRL!

Miss this show! Love her drive and ambition to be successful. She is hard working will will not be taken advantage of. Men have this attitude all the time and were use to seeing it, therefore accept it. When a woman is just as strong and determined, she's labeled as cold or a Diva. Whatever, I admire her and would love to see her back!
