I live in Northern California less than an hour drive to the Livermore Valley Wine Country and Lodi Wine Country. Be sure to visit these great wine regions as well.

There are more than 20 wineries in each area. Wineries range from small family wineries with modest tasting rooms to large elaborate modern facilities. The wineries are not far apart and offer a wonderful wine tasting excursion. Most are complimentary and there are some great wines to sample.
