Help: Adobe Soil

I am wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me locate what is called "adobe soil" or locate something very similar to use in its place. I am planning on building an adobe oven this weekend and have purchased all the supplies needed except I am having a difficult time finding the adobe soil which will be mixed with water to form a sort of "cement" type mixture. I live just outside of Kansas City, Missouri. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
