Liz graduated from Manchester University with a BA (Hons) in English Language & Literature, and also holds an MA in Literature from the Open University for which she produced a dissertation on Thomas Hardy and DH Lawrence.
Her hobbies include reading, visiting the theatre, and buying, preparing, eating and thinking about food.
