Infertility Causes
There are an array of causes of infertility in men and women. In fact, according to the Mayo Clinic, one-third of cases involve an infertile female; one-third of cases involve an infertile male; and in one-third of cases, both partners are infertile.
The cause can be hereditary/genetic, or the result of a disease or condition. Other factors--like age, weight and smoking--can also impact fertility.
