Jill Browne
Living near the Rocky Mountains in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Canada, gives Jill Browne many great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Jill has camped from coast to coast in Canada, in all seasons. Alone, and with friends and family, she has visited many well-known destinations in Europe and Australia, as well as a wide selection of "off the beaten track" places.
Curiosity and a love of research have led Jill to study landscape architecture, geography, law, business, and cultural resource management, among other things. She has practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer and now occasionally provides legal services as a volunteer with a charitable agency.
Jill also volunteers with a local museum in Calgary, presenting educational programs to children and helping with exhibit design and installation.
Jill's writing credits include a paper on environmental law, a humorous Valentine's Day newspaper piece, and a finalist placing in an international romance writing competition.
