I am an academic who teaches, among other things, journalism. I am very interested in "citizen-journalist" projects like Suite 101, and so that's why I joined. I also blog, and hang out at Newsvine.com.
I am a practicing freelance journalist and write for a variety of sources, I am happy to be part of the Suite 101 team.
