For more on soda bread, including a collection of recipes, check out a fellow Suite site on baking soda bread. Also, this site has several variations on soda bread and other traditional Irish breads.

And for the real-deal Irish Irish soda bread recipe, check out this site from Ireland. Hers has variations including apples, molasses and sultana (raisins.) If it's good enough for the Irish, it's good enough for me.
