Lesson 2: Structured Exercise Programs: Getting Started

Choose a structured fitness program that you think sounds interesting and that you can commit to. It can be one of the programs I've written about here or a different one. Then, keeping your weekly schedule in mind, find three to four times during that week when you can pencil in a twenty to thirty minute workout. For example:

Monday--6:30 am 25 minute walk/run Wednesday--Noon 25 minute walk/run Friday--Noon 20 minute walk/run Saturday--7:00 pm 30 minute walk/run
