Assignment 1: You and Your Project

1.Go through steps 1 through 11, identifying the problem and how you plan to address it. Define your project and its results as specifically as possible.

2.Assess your organization’s strengths and weaknesses. Are you able to do the project alone, or do you need to collaborate with another agency?

The information you assemble in this step will be used later on, when preparing the actual grant application and proposal. So it would be in your best interest to spend some time on this process right now.
