Nannette Croce is a writer and editor who has worked with online publications for more than ten years, most recently as Co-Managing Editor of The Rose & Thorn, which she left in 2008 to start her own editing & critiquing business CROSSxCHECKING, a blog zine writer, insider tips for getting your work published online, and Cross Reference: a Book Review Blog.

Nannette has a BA Degree in History from The George Washington University with a minor in Political Science. She spent 15 years working in Employee Benefits, beginning right around the time healthcare cost containment first became a major issue, thus giving her insights on healthcare reform. Currently, Nannette handles the bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes for her husband's home-based software design firm.
