I am a home school and stay at home mom of two great boys. I have always been interested in nutrition and was always searching out ways to feed my family the best. I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance in October 2003 and my youngest son was later diagnosed in November 2005. This has motivated me to find ways to make having a food allergy manageable not only for me, but especially for my son. I am also an avid reader of anything that has to do with nutrition.

I am also a master level (500 hour) yoga instructor, and avid student of yoga. I love helping people find their potential in their yoga practice, help people with injuries and inspire students to move out of their comfort zone.

I am the owner of Uddiyana Yoga. It is website and products to make practicing yoga fun and exceptional.

I also have a Yoga blog dedicated to helping people establish an inspired, fun and meaningful yoga practice.
