After completing a bachelor's degree in biology and master's in psychology, I continued to pursue my love of learning, collecting experience across the wide range of my interests. In my convoluted career path, I have wandered into zoo keeping, farming, scientific research, marketing, pharmaceutical sales, and finally science education. Currently, I am webmaster and creator of Science Prof Online (SPO), a free science education website from Online Education Resources, LLC. SPO features the Virtual Cell Biology Classroom, Virtual Microbiology Classroom and will soon be presenting the Virtual Anatomy & Physiology Classroom. I also teach live, as an adjunct college professor of cell biology and microbiology.

I live in Michigan with my husband and three children where I spend my spare time trying to take a quick nap.
